For each tennis balls, you need several 6-inch round balloons

Remove the opening of each balloon

Now take the tennis ball and use a balloon as a wrapper

Stretch the balloon the best you can so as to hide the tennis ball

Here is the expected result with a small opening

Now take a second balloon and create small holes with scissors.
These openings will let you see the background balloon you've just placed around the ball.

Try again to set this new balloon in order to completely hide the tennis ball

Here is your tennis ball with 2 balloon layers
You can add another layer to make it more colorful

Our first two balls finished

And here is the last one. That's quite easy!!
When your balls get damaged, just add another brand new layer.
